Simple process.
No surprises.

We've designed our process to be clear, collaborative, and stress-free — so you always know what's happening, what's next, and what's expected of you. A senior developer is assigned to your project and is your direct point of contact through all five steps, with more senior engineers added for larger builds.

What “no surprises” actually looks like

Most studios treat process as a sales artifact — a tidy waterfall diagram you see once during the pitch and never again. We treat it as how you know what's happening on your project, week by week.

  • Discovery— a free 30-minute call. You leave with a one-page memo of what we think we'd build, the rough shape, and where the trade-offs sit. No follow-up sequence if it isn't a fit.
  • Proposal— a scoped document with hours by phase, deliverables, and the rate you'll pay. Not a fixed-price quote we'll renegotiate later — an honest estimate we stand behind, with sprint-level checkpoints.
  • Design + Build— a staging URL from week one. You can break it, share it, send it to whoever, all the way through. Weekly written updates with what shipped, what didn't, and why.
  • Launch + Support — production launch with QA, a 30-day post-launch warranty, and a clear monthly maintenance plan or monthly plan afterward.

What's not in the process: scope-change tickets, account managers, three-week-long contract negotiations, or status meetings whose only output is the next status meeting.

One document.
Everything in writing.

We send a detailed scope document: what we'll build, how long it will take, and a fixed price for the engagement — quoted in writing before anything starts. If scope has to change, we tell you before it costs you anything, never after.

Week 1–2

Refine until it's
exactly right.

We create wireframes and visual designs for your approval. You give feedback. We refine. We do this until it's right — never just "good enough." Two rounds of revision are baked into the price.

Clean code.
Real demos.

We build your product with clean, maintainable code. You get regular updates and a staging URL you can share, refresh, and break — so progress is visible the whole way through. No black-box silence.

We don't do bloated fixed quotes on work we haven't understood yet. We bill by the hour — every hour logged, reported weekly, and fully yours to scrutinise.

Weekly time logs

Every Friday you receive a log of hours worked that week — what was built, how long it took, what's next. No black-box silence.

Scope changes cost nothing extra to request

If your requirements evolve mid-build, we don't charge change-order fees. We update the scope document and keep logging time honestly.

Pause or stop anytime

Because you pay sprint by sprint, on approval, there's no lock-in. If priorities shift, pause the engagement. Resume when you're ready. You're never trapped.
